Bud and I arrived in New York City 11/19/13! Actually we arrived in Rockville, New York on 11/19! We drove from Pittsburgh, PA and took the Highway onto Staten Island using the Verrazano Bridge to Long Island! Wow! Beautiful and Scenic look over the ocean and of New York City!!! Traffic was not too bad, I mean it was busy and there were lots of cars, but not as many as in New York City! We only had to stop once and that is because a rolling traffic barrel was rolling around on the highway. We turned in the car at JFK and called our hotel because they have a shuttle that takes and pickup at the airport. So they told us to go to Terminal 8 and go to the outside lane and they would pick us up and they did! We were at our hotel in an hour and by 5pm we were tucked up in our nice and clean room.

We watched Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune!!!
