Dear Julie: You were absolutely right! There was a more beautiful town than Mousehole! Now I still love Mousehole and I still feel it is cute, like someplace a little mouse would live. But today we visited a very pretty village called St Ives. Twisty and Turny cobble stone streets lined with cute shops decorated with the perfect Christmas Decorated Windows out front! The smells from the cafes and restaurants was delectable and the seagulls cries, probably because they smelled the food too, were so beachy and delightful! Surprise and surprise was around each little turn with shops filled with clothes, souvenirs, candy, and antiques!

And then we walk down thru the streets and walk to the harbor! WOW!
There were shops and restaurants looking out over a beautiful little harbor!
Now we were having a great time just looking in shops, walking all around the harbor, went to the post office and mailed some postcards and we were looking for a place to hav elunch when Bud asked me if the car park we parked in was free because we didn't pay. Well that was the end of our good time. We went to the info center and yes it was a pay to park. So we rode the bus up to the top of the hill and guess what? If you guessed we had a ticket on our car, you would be right :( So Bud stayed with the car and off I went back on the bus to pay for it. Well it could have been worse. The ticket was for 50.00 ponds but was discounted to 25.00 pounds because we paid it within 14 days.
So we said goodbye to this beautiful town and went back to our hotel to lick our wounds! Well I went back to play on my computer :)
