On the Eighth Day of Christmas My True Love Gave To Me: Our Daughter and Son for the Holidays

I was so happy that we were able to see our daughter and son in law and our three grandchildren for the holidays! It is so very special to be with them anytime but during the holidays it is that much more special! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner with Misty and Thomas and Elyssa and Jackson and McKenna and had such a wonderful time. We celebrated a week before Thanksgiving but the day doesn't matter it is just being together that matters!!! I wish Misty and her wonderful family a very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy Christmas in Vermont!!!! I hope there is snow for you guys!!! Love to all!!!

Sorry fr the lack of recent pictures from Pittsburgh, I am having computer problems and I cannot download pictures at this time!!! I will later though!!

Travis flew into Amsterdam this morning and he was so very tired but for us he kept going. Carleigh had her laptop stolen so we went with her to the police station and back to their hostel and then to the Apple Store and back to the police station and back to her hostel. We were so very proud of her. She did not lose it! Yes she was sad, and angry, but I would have been too. But she kept it together and did all the things you have to do when something has been stolen! You done good Carleigh!!! Travis helped her every step of the way and when all was set up to find the dirty rat, we went to Amsterdam Central and hopped on a train and went to see the Windmills of Zaanse Schans!

These are 16th century windmills that still work and people live inside them! It was a windy rainy day! But we had a great time especially in the restaurant that overlooked the windmills and ate a wonderful lunch!
